An HVAC sales person is responsible for closing new accounts while understanding the customers wants and needs. An HVAC sales person provides estimates to new and existing leads; can identify new sales opportunities; has a general working knowledge of the industry; and is a closer.
Valid California driver's license
Goal oriented and driven
3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
Self-starter and energetic
Mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Must have a genuine empathy for customers and willingness to help others
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
Know what questions to ask the customer to ensure an educated decision is made
Able to pass a background and drug test
Work with customers to find what they want and create solutions
