The Big Task

You will be substantially charged with growing your Co-Workers to be Team Players. You'll build trust with your expertise and attitude about great Customer Service. In some cases, you'll care more about their future than they initially care. The Big Task is to shine a light on their potential, then help them achieve it! You'll be Teacher, Coach, Manager & Mentor!

KEY SUB TASKS

Know the Nexstar process and HOW to help your team grow. Be practiced! You'll review service tickets and Customer encounters to constantly improve the outcomes for both, the Service Tech and the Customer! You'll identify the Strengths and compliment them; you'll identify areas of improvement and take the challenge to improve us!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
