The Big Task

This candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC diagnostic service experience and installation knowledge to lead a team of HVAC Technicians. Candidate must be able to read wiring diagram, have excellent experience in diagnostic equipment and tools, write recommendations and build estimates for customers and have supreme knowledge of the HVAC field in order to train, instruct and answer technical questions from the Service Technician in the field and customers inquiring about current/future installations. This position is primarily working in the field and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Looking for a well-rounded individual and a service team lead with excellent organizational skills, and that is excited to work with a management team in a successful company.  Candidate should be a strong leader with a positive and enthusiastic approach to Customer Service and growing the Service team.


Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results. 
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
Review and approve invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.


  • ·       Washington Labor and Industries card license 06a or 06b specific to HVAC is mandatory
  • ·       EPA Universal Card required
  • ·       5+ years HVAC experience
  • ·       Experience in managing, coaching, and developing employees.
  • ·       Education: High School or equivalent. HVAC trade school preferred
  • ·       Very good skills in Excel and Microsoft desktop operations and Outlook.
  • ·       Must have favorable results in background, drug screening, and driving record check.
