The Big Task

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for
Saturday - Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM.
**Our Customer Service Team is the heart of the company and delivers a great first impression of what the company offers.**
Requirements/Job Duties:
  • Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
  • Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
  • Working closely with your team to be successful together
  • Having enthusiasm!
  • Having passion for helping people
  • Communicating and understanding customer concern
  • Scheduling and booking service calls
  • Working full-time hours with benefits: some include paid holidays, IRA matching 3%, and PTO accruing immediately
