We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for
Saturday - Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM.
**Our Customer Service Team is the heart of the company and delivers a great first impression of what the company offers.**
- Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
- Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
- Working closely with your team to be successful together
- Having enthusiasm!
- Having passion for helping people
- Communicating and understanding customer concern
- Scheduling and booking service calls
