We are looking for a Customer Service and Dispatcher Representatives who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job but a career.

The Big Task

•Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

•Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.

•You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.

•Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

•Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

•Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

•Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

•Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

KEY SUB TASKS

•You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.

•Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

•Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

•Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

•Identifying customer's needs and clarify customer's information in order to provide solutions

•Schedule and coordinate all maintenance and service calls

•Maintain the Service and Maintenance Technicians daily schedules

•Insure the service calls are properly completed

•Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.

•Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.

•Record and report the service calls.

•Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

•Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.

•Schedule any return trips with the customers if needed

•Monitor the dispatch board to insure technicians are productive

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•Previous experience in a Call Center support role

•Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

•Strong verbal and written communications.

•Active listening skills and the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.

•Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

•Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

•Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

•Attention to detail Data Entry: Ability to enter accurate information

•Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.

•Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.

•Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.

•Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
